This website provides general information about software in development. DUCO is entering private alpha and is not generally available. Access is limited and discretionary. Registering interest does not guarantee access and does not create a contract or require you to purchase anything.
Features, compatibility, availability and future pricing may change. Website content should not be treated as a promise that a particular capability or release date will be provided.
Alpha software notice
Alpha software may contain defects and should be tested carefully. Testers should maintain an appropriate backup playback method during rehearsals and services. Additional private-testing terms may be supplied and must be accepted before access is granted.
This page is website information. It is not a substitute for private-alpha testing terms, an end-user licence agreement or final customer terms.
Music and recording rights
DUCO does not supply or license commercial recordings, compositions, lyrics, performance rights, mechanical rights, synchronisation rights or other music rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have all permissions required to import, copy, process, separate, rehearse, perform, store or otherwise use audio and musical works with DUCO.
Buying a recording, holding a streaming subscription, possessing a church performance licence, accessing an online video or owning sheet music does not automatically grant every right that may be needed for copying, processing or stem separation.
Third-party services
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other external platforms are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DUCO is not responsible for third-party availability or content.
Branding and trademarks
DUCO and its associated branding are used to identify the DUCO software project and business. No claim is made here that DUCO is a registered trademark. Other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Liability
